I’m a consultant, career coach, and capacity-builder, specializing in leadership development within the social impact sector. I am passionate about working with individuals, teams, and organizations who want to drive positive change in their communities and beyond. I partner with individuals who want to build more fulfilling careers, teams who want to make progress towards shared goals, and organizations who want to deliver high impact programs and services. With over 15 years of experience, I am a seasoned professional who has experience working with nonprofit organizations, private foundations, universities, associations, and governmental agencies.
